Took delivery very late at night and dealer was not very Bronco savvy. I was given an explanation I don’t think is fully correct. General Manager and their Bronco specialist said they are new for the modular top and only till you remove the windows first time. They didn’t want to remove them. I see them grabbing every branch on a trail. Nobody in the service area knew how to remove them.
I’d like to remove them, but would also like to know wtf these tabs are for.

Yeah those look like they probably should have been removed during PDI. Nice roof though. Looks much more premium than MIC top.

I’ve seen others post and yeah they were just spacers used during manufacture and should have been removed during PDI.

Spacers that should have been removed before you take delivery. Pull them out.

A quick search and you will see this pops up often, just spacers like others said, dealers forgot to remove them. Your dealer is straight up some kind of special.

I will add, if the dealer forgot to remove these, then check the air pressure in your tires. When I took mine home they were at 55PSI.

Overlander edition. Those are the tabs you see on window screens. Only problem is you are missing screens.

Are the windows removable in that top? Either way, when my wife got her HEL, I just pulled those spacers out by hand and threw them away.

These tabs were included on previous white modular tops that were delivered with 2023 and 2024 HEs HELs.
they are just spacers to prevent the rear quarter windows from rattling during shipping.
I just pulled (wiggled) them out by hand and removed them after delivery.
They were not removed by dealer during PDI because they probably had not seen modular tops before and did not know what to do.

Grip between thumb and finger--pull !

Pretty sure those windows DON`T come out.

Wow!! Really nice, I think I hope they are going to offer these as ford performance accessories soon. Would be best of both worlds. Any more pics?
