So no rub with the crash bar mounts not removed? What spacers did you use?

This is a good look.
Thanks for the love. If I’m not mistaken, the ‘22 Badlands Sasquatch did not come with the crash bars. All I’m running is a 1/4” spacer (or 6mm) with the KM3s on stock Sasquatch wheels. We’ve taken it out several times with no issues.

37x12.5x17 Iron Mountain M/Ts on -18 offset Method 312s. I did have rub since these are actual 37s and had to cut about an inch off the rear crash bar bracket. It now clears at full lock in both forward and reverse. I’m on Kings so about a 3” lift.

Thank you. You are correct there is not a crash bar, but there is a crash bar mount that is pointless.

Did you use a hub centric spacer or one that just slides over the lugs? I was looking at the link below as they were the only ones that i have found so far that are 1/4” hub centric.

Thank you for the clarification.

I’ll play… ‘23 WildTrak
ADS Adj. coil overs @ 2.25” front/1.5” rear and .25” rake. - Talk to @Shifts And Grins Fab
Vorsteiner 17” VR-601BL +0mm offset
37x12.5 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T

I may end up cranking up the rears 2 turns for another .25” as I sag .25” FULLY loaded up for camping etc.

Crashbar mounts (no bars since WT) have not been cut/modified and I DO get a slight rub on crashbar mounts fully flexed (swaybars connected) and steering fully locked. This is the only time and I’ve done quite a lot, even some mild jumping, and no issue otherwise. I may do some minor notching on those mounts at some point, but not a big issue currently.

37 inch KO2's, Wildtrak, 1.5" RPG collar on front, nothing on back, 1 inch wheel spacers. Plenty of clearance.

I put the stock goodyear tires next to the mounted BFG KO2's (37's). Obviously comparing sizes for mounted vs unmounted isn't the best way to do it, but at least you can see the difference.

Nice. Are you completely level? I have a 1” leveling kit and am still half inch lower.

It is the ADD Stealth fighter bumper. I do have some buyers remorse due the huge gap between the bumper and the body. Was not aware of that or I would have went with something else.
Do you have pictures of this gap?
