I am very happy with the DD kit. I also have them connected to my rear fog, light switch.

Looks sweet. Do you mind sharing how you connected the chase lights to the rear fog switch? I've read through the other thread hoping there was a simpler plug and play method, but everything I saw seemed to require running new harnesses from the from of the vehicle or adding new "pins" to existing connectors.

Very easy.
* disconnect, the license plate light plug.
* I pulled it outside between the bumper and rear fender to make it easier to work on.
* jump/tap off the blue and white striped wire.
* reconnect the rear license plate light plug.

I bought my bumper 95% for the lights on it. I was sick and tired of not being able to see when backing up. The middle lights come on when I put it in reverse, the outside pods come on with AUX 5. I am very happy with the lighting now, can see much better from the side mirrors and the backup camera.

I didn't want lights attached to my tire, don't like the look. And then when backing up when out such at as a restaurant, blinding people in parking lot of eating on a patio because the lights would be so high.

Do you have an install post about them ?
I didn't, but it was plug and play as long as you have the tow package. It took me 10 minutes to install. Most of the time was just figuring out where i wanted to hide the wires.

Here are my rear fog lights. They’re Morimoto 4bangers that I disassembled and applied a red film to. They’re perfect for heavy rain, fog, and dust. Wired them to the factory rear fog switch.

Anybody without factory backup sensors source a backup sensor bumper and put little lights in the backup sensor holes? Seems like that would be a pretty slick idea?

So, I don't have the factory installed tow package. However I had the 7 pin kit installed, think that would do the trick?

That's a cool idea, I assume to increase your visibility to others in those scenarios?

You tapped your lights to the reverse taillights?
