Anyone have SiriusXM issues?
21FE, haven't had a single annoyance until a few months ago, I randomly only get about 4 XM radio stations now. The others I can scroll to but have no sound coming from them. Android auto, radio, Bluetooth, everything else works 100% perfect.
I troubleshooted everything possible with siriusxm, to the point of even speaking with an engineer based in the USA who spoke perfect English eventually, and they still couldn't figure it out and stated had to be a hardware issue for the dealer. Dealer took it for a week and replaced some audio module, set the xm on one of the 4 stations that already worked, and said job well done after I racked up $250 in rental car fees.
I'm thinking the issue might be the sat antenna itself? I have a hard time believing it could be any other hardware when every other audio source works perfect, and I get a few xm stations. The big thing with xm support was that my preview channel has no audio, and to them that automatically means hardware issue.
Any thoughts or anyone else with a similar issue? We have tried resetting everything that can be. Resending all signals etc. There was one tsb for the 4door, but didn't apply to my 2door.
