It depends on where the wheels are in rotation that I feel it but from a stop when releasing the brake I’m feeling a small thud when starting to roll. I only feel it then but after in motion not noticing anything also no audible sounds. What can this be anyone else experience this?

Hey there. I can look into your Bronco’s concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

I'd like to know what this is as well. The first time it occurred for me, I was sure that the bus behind me bumped me. That's what it feels like. I looked closely to see if there was any scuff marks on the spare tire. It has since happened several times.

‘how long has yours been doing this. For me it’s a quick double thud then when I’m rolling it’s fine.

Is it almost like the rear struts are getting unstuck??

Not sure. But it definitely depend on the position of the wheels. I can let go of the brake nothing. move up a little stop, then let go of the brake and it does it.

I think it’s just sticky brakes, depending on weather conditions, too, like humidity.

It’s just driveline lash. These things have very flexible capabilities throughout the suspension. U joints, etc. a little rebound from a stop is expected

My Ranger had done this once in the last year. For now, not concerned.

At odd times... I haven't been able to pin down an exact moment. It's usually when I'm stopped at a Traffic light. I may be creeping up, not sure. It's a noticeable 'bump' like someone just nudged the Bronco somewhere. A quick check of the 360 camera and I can tell that no one is that close.

Mine does it occasionally. Sounds like a slip yoke but to my understand we dont have those. They do have a 2pc driveshaft so I assume its probably in there. Ive seen so many comments and its not often or major enough that Im worried.. just a characteristic of the vehicle.

Maybe by design to make the 6Gs more like the early Broncos. 🤷‍♂️ Every EB that I've owned had the Bronco clunk from the slip yoke...

I have been experiencing something similar as well. It's almost as if something is loading and unloading in the drivetrain during load speed stop and go. A definitive clunk/catch/bump like occurrence.

Backlash is NOT a good thing in geared/rotational parts - so I really hope it's not .

Can't tell if it's transmission, driveshaft, differential, or brakes. Need to get under the bronco and see if there is any slop I can identify.
