So they should put my order in today???

I emailed my guy and told him I wanted to come in today and sit with him as he placed formal order. Here is what he told me..


“Today won't be possible.
We are having a meeting today to see how we will handle reservation to order conversion.
I will let you know as soon as I can get you in”

I reserved day 1 and want my order put in today so I get my truck ASAP. What should I do?

You're timestamp is upheld regardless of ordering date. Ford will organize everything in April and give an estimated delivery date to you in May

My dealer told me Ford didn't want them putting in orders today so they start tomorrow. I'm wondering if they are trying to stair step the process so its not loaded down. I actually go the 25th instead of tomorrow!

Wow! That sucks. You're not going to get your Bronco now.

Just kidding. As others have said it's your reservation time stamp that matters not your placed order. I also think the dealers put them in a system (forget what is called). This just holds them. In March they will press the big red Bronco button to send them to Ford. Ford will sort them by reservation and look at production lines, commodities, late availability options, etc and notify you in April for estimated build date.
