Hi guys just joined the forum, question.
I had my dealer hold my order until the last day, so hopefully I will be at the end of the line? I was trying to stall as much as possible to get the money in cash,
So with the way things are going, do you think I’ll have a 22 model, or at least not get mine until December or so?
I realize everything is pretty much up in the air at this point but maybe there somebody that heard some actual real time without all the Covid business.

You are at the mercy of the commodity constraints and COVID-19 issues. But your reservation date is a KEY factor too.

Yup! Right at the bottom before you complete the order it says excess reason if you click on that stuff you’ll see the options

Has nothing to do with when you ordered except that to be considered in the first 3 months of production you =r order needs to be entered by 3/19, but it appears your dealer inputted your order by Mach 19. So, you could get a MY 21 or 22 but it will depend most on when your reservation was. So, when was your reservation?

It was January 2021
The letter they put on there, said something about September 18 of 20 I was after that of course!

When you put your order in for the first round of ordering has no bearing on when your Bronco will be delivered. IE if your a day one reservation ordering on 1/19 or 3/19 it is irrelevant, you'll be eligible for first quarter delivery depending on commodities, allocations, and all the other factors.

Ordering window is still ongoing, it's just newly converted orders won't be in the first delivery quarter.

It's been hinted already but the key here is not when your dealer enters the order (if by 3/19) but the timestamp of your reservation.

Other factors are things that are not available initially and commodity constraints for some items.

And if you do want a delayed delivery (further out than your reservation might make it) the dealer can set the priority code to "99" which basically says "do not schedule - hold until further instructed"

Here’s mine that I ordered, base model Sasquatch lift with a few extras!

When your dealer inputs your order has nothing to do with when your order will be built.

The main determination is when you made your reservation (timestamp).

Then, depending on what options you selected, it could delay your delivery.

If you want to deliberately delay your delivery, you can have your dealer code the priority “99” which tells Ford to ignore that order until the priority code is changed.

When did you reserve?
