Yeah, those rain gutters he mentions were on the softop of my late year MY23.

Mine is an early MY23 built in Dec '22. I looked up the price to buy one, Ford has just that top cover listed at $2100. Grrrrr. They should work with owners since it's such a horrible design flaw.
I bought my partner a set of the Mabett rain gutters for her ‘22 Black Diamond softie and they work really well. Even with the fix Ford did, rain still drips from the edge of the top. The Mabett (other brands make them too) gutters work great and we tested them in a torrential downpour in the Hoh river rain forest. I’m going to get set for mine when I put on the soft top in a couple weeks.

The wavy windows that have been a complaint since production started are not the side windows when the top is open nor the back window. My response was directed toward that condition and long term complaint of wavy side windows with the top closed.
2023 here
Your rear window looks good in the picture, can't determine anything about the conditions of your side windows when closed.
