Does anyone have a soft top that’s coming apart at the seams? I do.
Hey there. I'd like to see what I can do to assist with your Bronco's soft top. Can you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local dealer so I can start looking into this on my end?

I noticed mine hangs down a tiny bit but not that bad. I usually smooth it back out with my hand. Guessing that won't last forever. Seems like some slow adhesive failure. Waiting for the TSB on this I guess.

Out of curiosity, have you regularly been taking the top up and down, not at all, once in a while?

Something to keep an eye open on for sure; I've only had mine open a couple times so far - #ThanksRain

is that what seems to be an extra layer of insulation or sound deadening material? I don't have that metal cross bar in your photo, but just noticed that at the first and second "panel" or "section" above driver area there seems to be a second layer of material glued on. Mine is not hanging down, but I can tell it's something glued on (or velcro?), so def will keep an eye on it.
Should be an easy warranty fix with some better adhesive I think, but definitely have it looked at soon before it all comes off and might be harder to position correctly again.

Never even noticed that there is a second layer, but I've also not inspected it that closely. Just know that I love how easy it is to drive open :)

I open mine almost every day.

I open mine almost every weekend. The cross bar is a support for the Bimini top, which is a Ford dealer accessory. I removed the Bimini for the photo.
Yes, there seems to be an additional layer of fabric glued to the outward facing fabric. There is a 12”-ish wide section between the B pillars and another from the A pillars to above the front seats. The adhesive seems to be failing everywhere. I haven’t actively tried pulling it apart, but all of the edges are coming loose.

take it in for warranty repair, hopefully an easy fix with some better glue and I'll be watching mine, you probably had hotter days in SoCal than what we got so far up here. I've had mine since Oct and so far it seems to hold.
I'd send the dealer some photos so they can contact Ford before you even drop it off, get a rec on what glue to use etc.

Good luck, let us know how it goes!
