Yeah, seeing all the Broncos on the dealer lot and my wife drove past an Eruption Green.... We're a 7/22 res but the hype is dying down and the occasional "did you get your Bronco yet?" is getting depressing.

The magic is fading.

It's a vehicle. I refuse to let it consume my life. No matter how long the wait is. When it's my turn I'll get excited. Until then I'm just watching the dumpster fire turn into a complete inferno. Consuming souls as it goes. LOL

I was fine until I saw other Bronco's that were built after mine with the same build specs being delivered while mine is still stuck in production for over a month. For whatever reason this bothers me the most.

Well if you are going to jump you better do it soon because getting one of those is starting to take as long as the bronco
YUP I know , but there are a hell of a lot more on lots & private sales than there is of a ghost bronco.
not quite ready to jump ship but it is tempting

Not knowing anything is really the worst. Even if I was told it’s gonna be 2 years from now at least I could see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Ford just informed me your bronco will be delivered 04/05/2024. You should start feeling better now. PS it was scheduled for delivery on the 4th, but I said make it the 5th start your weekend off real nice like. 😉

What did me in was being down to two weeks from EDD and seeing it be in production only to have it push 3 months. Was so damn close after 1.5 years. Had I known i had two years to wait I would have done something else.

The part that sucks for me is seeing those ford motor co. Emails pop up and then I know I'm getting bumped again
Simple base manual squach aux 590 days from reserve to build ...I hope

Yep the burnout has hit me. I haven’t been waiting long at all and really have no right to complain, but getting so close (Jan 27 blend) got me planning an awesome summer road trip from Atlanta to Utah through South Dakota and Colorado. Can’t help but think those plans are in jeopardy now given how dirt mountain went down. Went from checking modules and pizza tracker daily with exciting convo in the build week thread to just being bummed. Oh well. Hoping it arrives by mid June but I’m making contingency plans.

Really thought this was gonna be a post if anyone's done a burnout in bronco yet lol
I finally got mine after 3 months of waiting and I tried doing this, surprisingly wouldn’t allow it. Looked like the programming doesn’t drop boost in until the vehicle is well underway. Torque management I’m guessing.

OP, reading too many of the threads regarding weekly builds, ordering, dirt mountain, delivery, delays, Mike Levine said this or that, Ford doesn't care, adm's, naughty dealers, etc, etc, is the fast track to disappointment and irritation. Threads quickly go sarcastic and negative. I don't even read them anymore. Name calling isn't unheard of if one doesn't agree w/ the prevailing wisdom.

Remember, this is Ford's "game". They make the rules, change them as they see fit, and when they see fit. And I don't believe they care about any of us on a personal level. Why, because we're standing 150,000 deep in line to buy. Same w/ Mavericks, Mustang EV's etc. Why do we do this? Because the Bronco is a great vehicle. I'm somewhat patiently waiting too. Everyone who finally gets one says its well worth the wait.

I actually think you're on to something when you suggest zoning out. Been doing that more lately and coming to brono6g less often. Maybe I'll take a nap. :)

Take care. Contented
