I just did an 1800km round trip, mostly mountain highways with a little bit of backroads and off roading mixed in. Averaged around 25mpg according to the trip computer. Never used 6th, downshifted to 4th for the steeper inclines. And that was in normal drive mode the entire time

I’m skeptical. Maybe you can get 26 mpg if you put it in neutral and roll it downhill. Something is amiss here.

I hear you lol. Definitely wasn't in neutral and rolling though. Might also be the super smooth tread big bend stock tires at 36PSI that helped. Once I go with proper AT's, MPG will definitely go down

Where is the setting to see MPG? I tabbed through the gauges using my steering wheel and did not see one that tracks my MPG... I have base bronco with 7MT as well. Thanks!

You can customize your MyView display & add up to 2 trip meters. There is also a dedicated MPG gauge, but I personally like the trip meter since it shows miles & engine run time for the trip.

I have roughly 3000 mile on my big bend with stock tires and trip meter that has never been reset is at 23.6 mpg.

My MPG in the manual never goes under 20.4 here in Vegas. Most its been with my driving habits is 20.7.

Maybe it’s my heavy 33in KO2s and being so close to sea level too. Turbo motors love that thin air! I think I’ve touched 20 once but I’m a solid 18mpg city or highway.

So would the trim levels decide what the MPG is? I'm noticing more Big Bends stay north of 20. Before this trip I was lucky if I saw 19, my commute on the 15 and 805 help some but... traffic...

I would think so to a degree. The Badlands and its 33s would be heavier than say a Big Bend or Base. Sasquatch even more so. The aggressive A/T or M/T tires take more effort to move than the other all seasons do typically

Getting 18 in my ManSquatch around town. Better than the 11.5 I get in my F150 on 33s.

I too thought 6th was a bit high but give it a chance, I'm seeing better mileage in 6th even if it does feel luggy. I just make sure to downshift to 5th for any inclines, and I love the way it lets you do that without disabling cruise.

I’m at 22.3 with KI2s on a 2.3/7 speed and those are almost all city miles. I dropped from 22.4 to 22.3 with the larger tires.

I can live with that. The Mustang gets 330 with about 1 gallon left. I need at least 300 miles to commute to work without stopping for gas more than once a week.
