I agree. Everybody needs to cancel their orders and buy a Tesla instead. In Elon Musk we trust.

Well, he does have the tech everyone else is chasing.

Thanks for the video. I'm sure I'll have to play it several times when my Bronco gets here but it's nice to know someone can make it do those things. I'm terrible with tech things.

Awesome Info!! Did anyone else see the 19mpg average??!! Saw it about at 4:19. I know we don't know what trim or engine.... But, I'll take that over what I get in my Tundra!
I actually stopped and looked at this when he got to that point and was wondering what model Bronco we were looking at. I would certainly be happy with 19.1 with the Squatch package.

Thanks for the vid. This makes the 8ā€ screen seem like the better buy since its basically the same size as the 12ā€ screen minus the ā€œpagesā€ section. If you could use the entire screen without the pages, then the 12ā€ might be worth it.
I think he just didn't show that you can close the sidebar and have a full view. I'm pretty sure the 8 inch screen does the same thing. I've seen a couple of other tutorials that go way deeper than this video does.

Thanks! Million dollar question for OP (surprised no one asked as this should be the number 1 question)

given sync 4 allows for driver profiles settings to be saved, and the one you tested has power leather seats, do we get quasi memory seats with that combo such that each key fob sets the seat to the last setting for that particular driver profile?
No memory seats on any model Bronco.

Here's hoping they issue an update at some point that allows the side info panel to turn off. I did some digging and scrubbed through quite a few sync 4 tutorials but I didn't see it done yet šŸ˜¢

You can ā€œmaximizeā€ the Nav screen and hide the side panel.

I suspect the reason you canā€™t hide it in other apps is because they arenā€™t programmed to accommodate that different aspect ratio.

Thankfully Sync can get an over the air update (OTA) so itā€™s definitely possible to update it... the only question is will they.

Like others have said
If it wasnā€™t for the trail cams and 360 overhead views
No reason to get the 12 inch screen.
Unfortunately my brother recently got a F150 king ranch. That 360/overhead view is sweet.
I ā€œhaveā€ to have it.

Damn it Ford!

No shit. Iā€™m asking if thereā€™s a quasi memory function given we have sync 4 with driver profiles settings and power seats.

It shouldn't be hard for them to update, they would just need to add another breakpoint for their app templates.
