I grew up around farm country and railroads. Me an my buddies used to just go out cruising and jumping. Landed a 80s escort on its nose one time. The bumper smashed the grill up but the radiator was fine. The 5th guy in the middle of the backseat was knocked out for about 45 seconds. Checked the tires and went back for more. You dont often have to get above 40mph to jump a track if its setup right. Also country roads that used to have a stop sign but now have a light at the intersection with a turn lane often have a good rise that can be jumped at higher speeds. One in particular used to be on my 3rd shift commute home. No worries about cross traffic at 4am. My Maverick, 92 Ranger, and 79 Econoline 4x4 would all jump that spot at between 60 and 70mph. You would get just over 2 ft off the ground for about 40ft and land fairly smooth because of the speed. A nice flat jump. Sadly there is only one good spot on maui and its right near a S-curve.
Lol, that's awesome, minus the dude that got knocked out. Sounds like I need to find some good railroad tracks once I get my Bronco and experience some air.

It feels a little weird to me if they are teasing a 2022 or 2023 product before the build and price or orders are open for the 2021 product. Maybe this thing is coming sooner rather than later? IDK. IDK. IDK.
Agree, would not make sense to dangle this kind of tease and possibly risk first year buyers.
Most likely will be available upgrades or information that just has not been shared.
Keeping us all captivated as we wait for B&P and then the arrival date that is middle of next year.

Well played Ford!!!!

Enough power to launch the beast off the ground...looks like it is definitely ON!!??
I used to launch a Honda Civic I had like this over RR tracks, didn't have anything to do with power.

$$$$$$$$$$$
That High Output Twin Turbo 3.0 or 3.5l engine is gonna cost you a kidney... 400-450hp on a Bronco with probably 500+ ft/lb torque. Gonna outprice the FE for sure. Talking $70k.

Well.... I guess I'm waiting. I was thinking "I've already got a desert runner, might as well get a rock crawler/trail rig." Then I see this and I'm like... "nah, I'll suck it up and have two desert trucks."

If the Bronco was a flop (like Blazer flop and it obviously wasn't) then I was gonna build a Bronco prerunner. This fixes that conundrum.

Still something weird with that roof.

should be a sick rig. But if it’s Raptor money I’ll pass.

Maybe Ford will bring back the BOSS name. ??

Just saw that as well. It implies this performance version will be a 2021!
Which would make sense for a 2023 based on FORD's interpretation of a timeline ?
