Wonder if Ford will bring a bunch of car journalists to a remote part of Africa to try out the new Bronco in a real tough enviorment like Land Rover did with the new Defender? Haha, no! The Bronco lacks the Land Rovers history and connection to historical exploration, so what will ford do to market the Bronco? Was the Bronco ever used for anything out of the ordinary?

So it is Friday of Restart the Economy planning week, it seems only fitting it is time to restart the Bronco leaks?
I hope so. A lot of my hype has died down. You can tell the posting on this forum has died down a lot as well.

Totally different vehicle. And the bump dont contribute to the rear seat headroom like in the Discovery.
Well apparently you never had Vista Cruisers in Norway, if you would have researched them you would see the roof line did in fact give increased headroom to the third row seats.

Having grown up in the 70's I personally have sat in the Vista Cruiser third row seats for many a mile.

No, we did not. But the bump dont give more head room space to the second row of seats like in the Discovery. So yes, I'm correct.

If you say so that is fine.

We will just ignore both the LR2 and the Vista Cruiser raised roof areas both start half way back over the second row seats therefore both having the same amount of extra room. In fact, since the second row seats are lower in the Vista Cruiser it actually gives it extra headroom, but enough about minor details, where are the Friday Bronco leaks?

Lol.... Why are you here? And land Rover was never involved in the most famous slow police Chase ever.

I don't recall the early Bronco (1966-1977) used much outside of the USA. Least-ways not as much as Land Rover Series and Jeep CJs. Even though the early Bronco was a decently strong vehicle in terms of design and various components, for whatever reason Ford didn't seem to push for it to become a global vehicle for exploring and such. Maybe someone here with Ford knowledge can speak to Ford's marketing/game plan back then.

Nope, the bump was for the ability to roll your whole stackable Snap on toolbox in without marring the headliner.
