They wish they would have spent their money on a Bronco instead of a Jeep. Just smile because you know you have the better of the vehicle.

Said it before...

I live in Texas. In the country. If you pass a car on a lonely two lane FM or Hwy, you wave at each other. You recognize the vehicle, you wave at each other. You see someone with car trouble or cows out? You check on 'em and help.

At the local OHV park, we all wave at each other... Broncos, Jeeps, Toyotas, RZRs, Rangers, Canams, etc.

Stories of people giving or getting hand signs that upset them is baffling.
I live across the Sabine River from you and for the most part what you're talking about is the same here. I'm baffled just as much as everyone else. I have never been flipped off, hollered at, or even honked at in a vehicle, well maybe honked at while not paying attention at a stop light. I just don't see it being a coincidence my wife and I driving a new bronco and being flipped off by 2 separate jeep drivers. Now that I've had some time to think about it, what really bothers me is the bronco is my Wife's daily driver. Is some idiot going to confront her or drive up beside her and harass her because she chooses to drive a bronco?

Looks like future Jeep owners have bronco owners to thank , looks like Jeep had to step up to compete with bronco. Competition is a win, win for both brands.Let’s wave to each other to celebrate the win.

Never gotten the bird, just waves, thumbs up, and one guy yelled to ask how the ride was as we travelled side by side and in traffic at 50 MPH…

My experience with the jeep community on the road has been nothing but positive vibes. Wave here and there. Also it's always the jeep owners that do the double take 🤣. Always see them lookin at the rear view after they pass me by.

Come out to West Texas and stay a while. Not only will you get flipped off, you'll be doing the same. It didn't used to be this way, but oil booms being what they are...this whole area is basically a huge apartment complex for transient laborers who are getting checks way above their pay grade, and they drag their wives/gf's with them who absolutely don't want to be here. It's a terrible combo, but it's amusing all the same.
No thanks! I live in North Texas and have several friends and family working/worked out in Pecos and the Permian. Couldn't pay me enough to drive 285. Hope you stay safe Amigo.

I find myself waving with more jeep owners than bronco owners. I feel like a lot of dealer inventory purchases were for the exclusivity of it and not so much the community.

I drive down 285 for free, it can be fun at times. If you don't see a wreck on your drive, you'll definitely see the debris or melted asphalt where there was. I grew up daydreaming about the world collapsing and turning into the thunderdome, and this is a good start LOL

If I get flipped off for any reason I just smile real big and Blow Them Kisses and do a little wave. Which just help them get madder and makes me laugh even more at there small little minds.
