As a jeep owner, I'm shocked. Love my bronco brothers and sisters and always take a moment to admire them when i see one. On behalf of jeep owners, sending you a high-five instead.

We get nothing but waves and thumbs up from Jeeps here in Connecticut, and honestly every 4 car here is a Jeep so it’s a lot frankly.

This is what happens when someone new steps on your playground. I totally remember this kind of crap when snowboarders first started showing up on the slopes. Purists had a cow.


To be fair, I have read some snarky negativity towards jeeps on this forum so all ain’t roses here either. I don’t get it though, jeeps are awesome rigs, I owned one. I happen to dig the bronco more so here I am, but nothing wrong with a wrangler at all.

2022 Base, 2-door, MT, Bronc here. Some jeepers talk to me at stop lights and ask how is it. Most give the quick look and turn their heads just as quick. Puzzled though, 4-door Bronc's ignore me like most jeepers. One woman, a jeeper parked next to me at the supermarket and told me she loved my pony. No middle finger from me just a thumbs up to all who create their own road in a 4x4. Tommy Bronc

Funny I'm in IL too and I have wayyy more jeeps wave to me than broncos. 4 door broncos pretend they don't see me and it appears only 2 doors wave to me. Not sure why but it's what I've experienced.

Where I live if I drive 5 mins down the road I see 5-10 jeeps easily, I don’t even acknowledge them. My neighbor across the street has a gladiator but doesn’t know how to take the top down or the doors off on his so when he talks shit to me I just laugh. He also won’t let his get even a little dirty so there is that. I hate everyone regardless so it means nothing to me if you flip me off, I bet you will get the train horn and a fellow hello back from me. I do see my fair of sweet jeeps and broncos though. Did get tired of waving with no acknowledgment though

I’ve only been flipped off once in my life. Decades ago by a guy passing me in a Chevy truck.

Took me a few seconds to remember where I’d seen that truck before. Turns out - I slept with the dudes wife (in my defense I didn’t know it at the time).

never had any issues, with people giving me the finger just bc i was driving a bronco, other reasons... sure!

i had a guy in his jeep on trail tell me it was a sick bronco, and i've gotten a few random waves,.

oh it happened with me, for sure. I thumbs upped the guy and he flipped me off. The hilarious part was later that same day I saw him in the supermarket parking lot near us and he was taking his 4 year old out of a car seat in the back hahahah! He was a dumpy middle aged dude like me, except apparently he had at least one kid way later than me! Maybe that was why he was so pissed?
