I don't think it's normal, are you sure that you got the car right, the phone number will tell you no data if it thinks a T is an E, C, or G;which half the time it does. I have resorted to dialing them in. For instance TTGX is 81814192

Speaking of which, I have finally escaped Illinois!

Yeah for some reason I can’t type TTGX on the keypad. It keeps saying to say the letters. It’s starting to get frustrating
