Had the same issue.I'm still trying to get my FordPass to connect! I'll let you know. I love the Bronco already!
1. remove the vehicle from FordPass app
2. Master reset Sync from Settings > General > Reset
3. Once complete, unplug negative battery terminal for 2min.
4. plug it back in and re-add the vehicle on FordPass
Worked immediately for me.
