If you really want to keep the defective top, bring it in for the replacement without the top. Tell them you destroyed it pulling into the garage and replaced it with a soft top. See if they still give you the new one.

IMO, the most collectable Bronco will be a FE 2 door. In a color only offered in '21. It would have to be kept bone stock and stored in a garage, not driven. Not sure about the life span of all the electronics. I think a 2 door loaded and roof and doors off would be a fun summer car.

And even then it’ll underperform the stock market by a considerable amount. There isn’t a soul on this planet who will pay more for a plastic roof which is indiscernible from the 2.0 other than the fact that it falls apart faster
