Honestly at this point I’d rather get mine next spring as a 2022 than get it heading into winter here.
I've been pretty pissed on a few things that they have done until this point, but give it a day! If this is the exact communication they promised (when to expect delivery) it will be an amen moment to most.
If not, I'm sure they are going to attempt to reel the situation in a bit.
Maybe offer:
1) Ford points to delay delivery (shouldn't need to had they used reservation #'s as a primary factor)
2) Optional soft top for 2 door orders (+ points)
3) Optional 2 top upgrade (with a cost) and have the Mod or MIC shipped later, harness in with the soft top.)
4) 0% APR
Its all speculation......
If not, I'm sure they are going to attempt to reel the situation in a bit.

I predict they are going to announce that only FE reservations will be built in Aug/Sept. if you are not an FE reservation holder and haven’t received a build date email you are now a MY22 reservation.
The new model year starts in Oct. with exciting new colors and a Heritage Edition.
Your time stamp is still important and 1 of 2147 factors used to determine production sequence.
Then they can start mixing in dealer orders with all of us MY22 folks. (Also no pricing guarantee for MY22 reservations.)

Just because they are sending email on Friday does not really mean anything. Monday (last day of the month) is a holiday.
Not all reservation holders are on this forum so we have no idea how many build dates have been issued lately. Only speculations. But today i only saw builds going into July and not into later months (that's what i saw but could have missed some). So it's possible they could say things are going well and all reservations up to September will get MY21 or something like that.
So the talk of the tops, tow package, etc shortages... Is that real or just social media talk. I remember when it was discussed on here that tires were a shortage so the squatch package would delay. Then Goodyear came out and said that was all rumor so we moved on to other things.
I'm just hoping that most are already mad so any good news tomorrow will be an uplift.
I'm just hopeful and could be very disappointed but hey, I'm an October reservation holder so I'm pretty sure I'll be pushed to MY22. But i assure you, nobody on here knows for sure.

Maybe I’m just thinking too simplistically but my Bronco will get here when it gets here. There’s no sense in freaking out about something I can’t control. I understand everyone’s frustration but I also know that Ford would be pumping these out if they could.

Tomorrow is my birthday too! I'm hoping that Ford won't ruin it for me but I may just dress up and cry in my cake at 2:01pm...
Ford promised to keep their MSRP the same if you ordered by Mar19 (price protection). But that doesn't necessarily prevent an unscrupulous dealer from raping you.

My dealer sent me the message he got. Apparently Ford is sending out an email to the dealers prior with an FAQ. Rumor is they are out of Mic tops and will be for a long time.

True, but they are no longer referring to it as a delivery estimate. Rather, it is now a "communication" sent on the last business day after market hours.
So help me, if one Bronco hits a lot to be sold to some random person who happens to stroll in before I get mine I’m going to be really pissed off.
