Trail app in Ranger Raptor

Will the Bronco trail app work in other Ford products with Sync? I am lucky enough to have a Ranger Raptor and would like to use it.

Bad news.

The Trail app seems to have been discontinued all together. If you didn't already have it on your phone, you can't get it via the App stores any longer.

That said, even when it was working, it required a full sized, qualified Bronco to work.

I'd recommend OnX Offroad, Gaia, Trails Offroad, or one of the other apps.

I got this error when I opened it earlier this week. Restarting app fixed it, btu I thought it was pretty funny.

I’ve seen that message even when it was ‘working’.

Wasn’t the trail app an early Ford commitment for the Bronco? So much for that!

Didn’t even realize they took it off of app stores. Probably because its such an underwhelming app, if you dont have it you’re not missing out on much. It rarely works and honestly makes things more annoying than they should be. Really nice Ford just decided to do this under the radar.
