The top are practically base wheels.

anyone pay to have car rims powdercoated recently? I did bike wheels back in 2007 so I’m sure that’s not a good $ comp.

I'll just paint mine myself. Probabyl will have "FORD" in red letters on Heritage. But Im not about to slam $10-20k more for a heritage edition just to say I got one. So Rust-o-leum and clear coat will cost $6-8 to paint grille white and then paint Bronco letters red will probably be free because I have some Model Paint somewhere...
What about the MIC hard top?

What about the MIC hard top?
Id paint the MIC hardtop white as well. Probably use 2 cans of plastic primer, 2 cans of white (same color as grille) to do it to make sure its on pretty thick? Then when good and dry, I'd wet sand it ( Probably between coats)and hit with 2 cans of UV protectant clear. Probably wet sand between coats as well.

I dont think ANNNNYYYYY CHP or city cop is pulling anyone over for this - except for extreme douches....

Heh, you should read another thread about fender flares here. By their rate its 100% illegal, youre a douche for driving such a vehicle with little to no fender flares and you should be locked up in prison for life for even thinking of such a thing :ROFLMAO:

I've been eyeballing the crap outta those OC A/T3's!
I've been looking hard at the 33's (285/70) and 34's (285/75) (17's) for my Base.
On those two sizes, you have load ranges E, C & SL to choose from. I'm trying to research that right now....lots of differing opinions.
Same. Do you think the 33's fit without a lift/level?

Glad I read through this thread. I'm going back to my gut instinct and sticking with steelies for our BD build that will eventually be used for snows.

Depending on fit I am interested in these styles:
Fifteen52 Analog
Fifteen52 Traverse HD
American Classic Baja
Level 8 Tracker
Level 8 Haulers
M/T CLASSIC III™ BLACK
Black Rhino Stadium
Black Rhino Bandolier
Dean Cross Country
American Racing AR172 BAJA

Most Method & Black Rhino wheels are zero or negative offset. There were a few I liked better but the Black Rhino Cleghorns come in +12mm offset, which I feel will be perfect on BL after I add sasquatch fender flares, and I'm trusting the 305/70R17 (34's) Toyo Open Country tires will be fine with no rubbing with swaybar is disconnected :)

I just saw the pic and didn't not the offset. Not sure what offset I will go with.

In my area, you're looking at 125-150 a wheel at least.

I was going to put the Method 201's on, until I realized they were $1,150 each.

Now I'm thinking the stock wheels looking amazing. Why is it so hard to find a reasonably priced chrome or machined aluminum wheel?

I like these wheels on the overland concept and I like that the offset pushes them out to the edge of the flares. I'm considering a bronze finish but that might make my Oxford White 2DR squatched Badlands (with a carbonized gray hood) look too good, and I don't want people drooling all over my ride.

Well....now that I'm digging deeper....maybe the Method 105's......

I can settle for the machined look with the ring in Lightning blue to match the FE.

I have zero offset on my ranger waiting for the bronco... Even the Sas wheels still look like the sit under the flares a good inch or so... I'm not worried about mine being flush or poking just a tad with 33's.
