What are the easiest ditch lights to install?

Are there any out there that are ready to go for connecting to the upfitter aux switches? All I've seen says they require modifications so far.

Your Aux wires have no connectors on them they are cut and sealed. There isn’t anything that’s made for that without striping the end and putting in a connector or soldering a wire to it and using shrink tube. My really cheap set came with brackets and everything. Remove the accessory bolt run wiring under cowed and put the. Our back in through the bracket and your done. Was pretty easy. I did paint the brackets black.

All of them are pretty easy. 2 wire on the uplifter would be the easiest. That would just be the black to a ground bolt of the firewall and the red connected to a uplifter wire tail under the hood in the drivers back corner.
Any thing with a relay would be close to the same with one extra step. The relay wire would go to the uplifter wire, the red power would go to the battery.

Combos are the most popular of course.

SS5 is what we run on our demo truck. I like the RGB as we change the color on all our SS5 to match whatever season we're in at shows. Here is a recent Halloween show for example

And they are really bright. You can save money with the SS3 of course. But I like a combo. I don't do any races so I don't need that spot light to go down range. The SS5 in a Combo throws out a lot and the Driving portion of the combo is basically a wider version of a spot light. The floods light up everything else (combos = driving + flood).

I find SS5 in Combos out perform the smaller SS3 of course.

Without telling us why you need them it is impossible to tell. Mine are for very occasional non demanding use, mostly sharp turns on trails and or finding where the trail intersects the paved road. Almost any light will do for that, I went with some low profile nilight flood lights for a grand total of under $30.

All ditch lights are equally trivial to install.

Here in AZ just want to apply more light to the sides and maybe go with a combo lens. I like the Baja Designs if someone can point me to a reasonable ditch light for that purpose.

Looking at BD Squadron Sport or XL Sport.

We offer Diode Dynamics and Baja Designs with round bezels on request (it makes too many drop downs if we add it to the drop downs). You just have to ask and we'll swap in round bezeled lights.
