Got the Bestop on. It was only 65, a little cooler than recommended. I also did it 100% without a helper, that sucked. It started dumping rain as soon as I finished.

Got her naked today. Rear seat bases pulled out. Jb4 installed, sport mode installed, new speakers installed, just the base 6 changed out for now. Will be adding a amp and sub later. Rear speakers unlocked. Sinister cargo hooks installed. Orv decals put on. Roof slung from garage with 4 cheap ratchet straps.

Got the 1 man roof installer hooked up. $20 for 4 cheap straps. Easy to back under. Not pretty but functional.

I would have liked to do that but my garage is full. I foolishly thought I could just lift it off, I'm fairly strong. Lol no. At least I stopped before I %ed something up. I ended up using an engine hoist and straps.

It wasn’t bad at all. 2 bolts and a plug. If your not using the door bags, just grab at the bottom by the sil. They have a hand hold there, other hand on the outside door handle. Lift straight up. Most of the weight will be closest to the truck. Weigh about 40-50 I’d guess.

Easy, just watch the video on there site
I bought these same ones! I have not installed them yet. How simple was it? I read about these possibly doing some damage to the pillar bars, saw some guys post pics of nice and scratches they got after installing. I did buy some pillar protectors from Sticker Fab (carbon fiber) that are supposed to provide some protection. Hopefully they work.

Lol. I use to do that with the trucks I had back in my late 20’s/early 30’s, with the caps. No way I’m attempting that now. Straps worked fine. Top don’t way shit. Engine hoist was the next answer which would have created a storage issue.

Yes it did. It's sitting on the floor of my garden shed right now till I come up with a better plan.

Finally got my circuit board and code work completed for a custom lighting project. I'm using the @ORACLE Lighting back-lit letters with an Arduino micro controller to animate things. Here's a quick shot of the unlock sequence.

Replaced all 4 of the 4” speakers with Infinity Reference 4032cfx speakers. Much crisper and pleasant sounding than stock and worth the time and money. Now to address the complete lack of bass…
