Ha, similar here as well. I traded in my 18 F-150, and my wife has a Transit for work (small business owner). We traded her 19 F-150 on a 21 Explorer and got almost what we paid for it because of the "no trucks during Covid BS".I had a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat that I bought basically to avoid having to hire a moving company to move into my house. It accomplished it's mission! Had it for a few years and the dealer bought it back (with a slight premium) during Covid due to someone recently smashing his truck from his business and he could not get a replacement from Ford for 18 months. My wife uses transit to get to work so I just used her vehicle while I waited for my Bronco.
I really miss mine too and to be honest probably would have kept it or got a newer one if I could swing the $200+ fill ups each time given our ridiculous prices in Canada.Ha, similar here as well. I do kind of miss the truck, but really love the Bronco! The 5 years of fun and off roading was what drew me to the Bronco. Much more capable off road.

My kids still tell me occasionally they miss our previous van... I'm like, are you even my children?! Lol. I never liked It, but it was functional for that period of time.![]()
We had a van and my Bronco purchase story makes me laugh to this day…
In April of 2022 my kids were 6 and 8. We had a Honda Odyssey for 5 years and it was the main vehicle either of them had ever really known.
After nearly a year of talking about Broncos and convincing my wife I earned a fun car after years of driving a minivan I found our Bronco on the lot!
I brought the entire family for a test drive and decided to buy it. Problem was the kids were devastated that we were getting rid of our van. They didn’t realize buying the Bronco meant getting rid of the van. After all the paper work was done and we were cleaning out the van my daughter buckled herself in it and refused to get out while balling her eyes out. My son quietly got in the Bronco and on the way home I saw tears running down his face. He said, “Dad, I’m really going to miss the van.”
Needless to say change is hard but NO ONE wishes we still had the van now. We’ve made many more memories in our Bronco
