I don’t really see anyone talking about the Everglades, do people not like it?
I think only offering 2.3A killed a lot of the buzz.

I think it’s a super cool idea for a special edition vehicle. BUT I don’t need a snorkel. If I’m in deep enough water that I need a snorkel… many mistakes were made.

For most people I think the big downside was the lack of a 2.7L engine option.

Ford shot themselves in the foot with all the different trims and certain options only available on some models. Especially since they have had trouble getting 3 different trims built in a timely manner much less 6+? If I had control over all of it there would have been a Bronco frame and body then left the rest up to the customer.

Why buy a "special" (I guess) edition with a snorkel if it leaves out other things you want in a Bronco? Same reason I didn't buy an OBX and went with the BD (loss for Ford) because it had more of the options I wanted. And most importantly an interior that wasn't butt ugly.

Do I think Ford will be hurting after this, nope. But they could have had a much more thrilling launch by doing away with tired old "only available on certain trim levels" model.

Saw one in Desert sand at Carlisle Ford weekend. I was never a fan first off because it only comes with the four doors. The snorkel has no use for me as well. The biggest “ NO” is the Everglades decal on the front fenders. Horrible. The color was cool though.

I like the wheels, I like the Fenders, I love the interior. However the 2.3 is not for me. It's a perfectly fine motor, but a special trim with a base motor isn't that special to me. The snorkel looks silly and I would never need it. The everglades graphics are a bit much. I'm nowhere near the everglades and "mudding" is not a style of off-roading that appeals to me or I want to partake in.
