Same build. Are you going for 33 tires with that rear locker/higher gearing?
Well thats the only way to get the advanced 4x4 is to get the locker and higher gearing.

Eventually I'd love to add a set of take off wheels tires from the badlands.

Iā€™m either

1. AMB 4dr OBX, 2.7 lux leather. 4.27 gearing steel bumper aux roof rails mic and sound deadening. 33.2x11.1ā€ Cooper At3 xlt upgrade. Roast interior

2. AMB 4dr BL, 2.7 lux MGV. Vinyl wrapped black grille or WT swap grille if offered. Possibly painted parts handles. Swap rails for tube steps.

two builds above are dollar for dollar. Which has me thinking badlands for better stance and resale. Iā€™m really overpaying big time for less content on OBX

If more photos reveal OBX sits too low. Or flares on BL clash too much with AMB, then...

3. AMB OBX sas, 2.7 lux with steel bumpers aux and roast leather.

I have no idea which is the reigning champ until we get my requested photos of upper control arms at Orlando meet...and see photos of AMB badlands

2 door
2.3 MT
Upgraded bead lock wheels
Upgraded Tires
Roof rack
Tow package
High package

jve always wanted the MT so that decision has me locked into a few things that Iā€™m not exactly thrilled with. I initially wanted the BD. But now I canā€™t get a MT and mid package. Then I was ok with that after a while and said ok...BD , standard package with Squatch. Then they recently took that option away with MT and squatch. So I basically wasnā€™t going to settle on both things. Went up to BL so I could get better lofted suspension , larger wheels and mid package. Then I said I might as well go high package at this point. Lol. Iā€™ll get 35ā€ tired later.
Exactly same story. Im getting mine white. Cant wait!

If this thread is any indication, Badlands is by far the most popular trim followed by Black Diamond.

Either CG or A51. Iā€™ve seen A51 in real life, and hoping to find a sport CG before order time.

Any accessories Iā€™m gonna wait on most likely. Iā€™d hate for some $160 floor mats or something equally silly to delay my build.

Edit:

Mod list:

- Some quality ceramic tint will be necessary. Supposedly thereā€™s clear UV tints for windshields now too.

- Catch can. I imagine the Ranger ones will work. Contemplating flying to Granger with one in my carry on to install right away

- The advertised dash accessory bar. Iā€™d love to be able to my phone and ham head unit up there.

- Iā€™ll be throwing 1-2ā€ of lift on it as soon as possible and 35ā€™s with aftermarket wheels. Right now looking at Relations Race Wheels RR7ā€™s with the steel rash rings on the trail. Cordless impact and a few minutes will get me ready to bash some rocks.

- Gobi Rack for camping. Iā€™ll probably take the main rack off most of the time but need roof space with 3 kids and a dog to house inside the Bronco.

- KC Pro-6 light bar on the Gobi, Chase light on the rear window hinges if I can make that work, scene lights on both sides, probably some amber fogs at some point

- Rockslide Engineering step sliders. Still trying to convince them to use my early Res as an R&D truck.

- Double ARB, hopefully in the underfloor storage in the rear with remote air chucks somewhere

- Really hoping somebody make a better bumper/winch solution. That radar sensor in the bumper is a big pain - wish theyā€™d used one behind the windshield like Jeep/Subaru

- Eventually Iā€™m shooting for 37ā€™s, but Iā€™ll wait for a good mid-arm kit. This is probably several years down the road cause those kits arenā€™t cheap

- And for fun, a tune and exhaust. I personally think the 4 pot sounds pretty good opened up. Cobbā€™s mustang is nice

Iā€™m sure there will be more, haha.
