Why did Ford stop sending schedule date emails?

I’m curious, does anyone know why Ford has stopped sending out schedule date emails? The back door tracker says I’m scheduled for 01/31/22, but I didn’t receive an email. It appears that many who are “scheduled “ in late Jan or Feb ’22 did not receive one as well. What gives?

Good timing and I was just about to post a similar thread. Got a build date last week but no email. I think I read somewhere on 6G that emails are mistakenly being sent to dealers vs customers but I haven’t seen confirmation.

Same here, 01/31/2022 week. No email, called dealer to verify.
