Not sure we needed a custom email. Basically based on blend date:

June: Sept ship
July: Oct ship
Aug: Nov ship

I thought we would get something like the week it was shipping.

Looking like mine will get its new top late Oct, maybe even November if they are behind. (July 23rd Build). I have to say your tracker chart is awesome!

I think the hardtops are the least of our worries. Chip shortages is predicted to last for another 2 years.

09/24 UPDATES:

• Thanks for everyone's responses yesterday, we have determined the transition dates for each months Roof Replacement estimate:
  • Transition between September & October is 07/02- Rotation# 2657
  • Transition between October & November is 08/02- Rotation# 3061
    
• Cleaned up the Tracker:
  • I reached out and confirmed all "Built" status, some were in error thinking their "Produced" status meant "Built" were in DM's case it still means "In-Production".
  • Filtered out the Soft Tops as my assumption is they are picking them ASAP outside yesterdays estimated release schedule
  • This cleaned up the list A LOT! and we now have something that looks a lot closer to FIFO than what was previous portrayed (sorry eh )

I agree but does the fact that I didn’t receive the email mean my Bronco is either lost or has something else wrong with it? I’ve gotten all the other emails.

7/20 build with email saying Oct replacement. I guess it will be Nov for delivery.

We have finally been released from dirt mountain 6/30 build date on its way home!

My Bronco has been in "Production" since 6/18 and the top was replaced, built and shipped before I got my email yesterday stating it is schedule for a top replacement in September Delivery is expected by Oct 7th. So excited!

Which pics are you looking at? There were some that it was claimed to be v2, but turned out to be v1. There are a few pics floating around of v2 and from what I've seen the new version looks pretty good. Webasto is making these. Another company will produce the painted MOD top not expected until 2023.

Ok so they are using the same company. The pic was on a thread from here maybe a week ago. It was the seams didn't look very straight. I guess you have to know how they are made to know how well it can turn out.

Those were likely the pics that came from Facebook that the side gap was all wavy and a couple of rough spots present. They were claimed to be of the new version, but the poster came back and said he discovered they show the old top. There are some pics posted today of the the new top that look pretty good.

Ok so after obsessively checking the trackers here and Ford email, today I see an ETA date. Only problem is it’s 8/5/21. Only shows on 6g tracker not Fords email. Huh?

Same here. My 6g tracker is showing ETA 8/9/21. In late July, the pizza tracker suddenly showed an “Estimated Dealer Delivery 8/9/21". Then that date ultimately disappeared and I went into Dirt Mountain purgatory.

Interesting that the 8/9/21 date is back.

I'm thinking any movement or change to the tracker is a good thing!

I'm assuming with the trackers showing these dates, they are the original dates they were supposed to ship/arrive at the dealers.

My blend date was 8/11. The ETA end date is showing 9/7. I received a MIC replacement month of November from Ford the other day.
