Active Drive Assist is not the same thing as Lane-Keeping System
To answer your original question, Active Drive Assist is not ready yet and won't be available until late next year in 2 Fords:

1. The high tech MachE which is designed to compete with Tesla and needs it to feature match.
2. Ford's cash cow the F-150 which they throw all the bells and whistles into.

It uses special hardware that is different from the existing Ford Adaptive Cruise and can't just be added to any car via software.

Bronco sits in a niche where they probably needed to compromise (for price and design reasons) and decided to not do ADA for the first model and instead focus on maximizing offroad features.
