I went camping in my Bronco for the first time with a mattress in the back. My question is it got hot and stuffy in the back. Does someone know of a screen or something for the windows so I can leave the cracked open and not get eaten by bugs?

There is a good write-up about vent screens for the rear windows. Good luck searching for it. Perhaps someone else will post a link.

I have been thinking about using a piece of mesh which would go over the top of the vehicle, cover the two front windows and bungie cord/suction cup to the lower portion of the doors. This would allow the two front sections of the top to be removed too.

Thanks. I wasn’t even sure what to search for because I wasn’t sure what it would be called.

Thank you for this. The pricey option looks nice but it’s a bit much for me I think. The DIY option looks good for as much as I would use it.
For sure! I'm all for trying the DIY option first when comparing price difference.

I did the DIY solution that was posted above. Props to @The_Axeman for the idea.

I camped solo in my truck last weekend, and it worked perfectly and provided some nice fresh air into the truck throughout the night.

This is how you fail a test in school, by not reading the question… ;) 😁
Meant to be used in conjunction with the other suggestions.

Luckily my school days are long past me.

Thanks for the feedback though. I'll file it away in the proper receptacle.

Will this scratch the glass at all or do you think the material the gutter guard is made of too soft to scratch it?
