In response to the ever-growing thread illustrating a very real problem, and Ford's stance to do nothing....

UPDATE 2/20/22. Due to the large number of similar issues with wiper controls among Bronco owners in this forum. Please report to your local governing body before someone seriously gets hurt.

FYI. I live in the rain capital of the country. Northwest Oregon. We recorded 42 inches of rain in 2022. And 15 inches so far in 2023. I’ve never had this happen.

No issues here either.

By chance to you use Rain-X or something similar? Using it has drastically reduced my need for wipers in the decade I have used it, so therefore I don't use the wipers above the lowest 2 or 3 settings very often if ever.

Our rain is steady rain over hours and hours. In theory my wiper motor should have exploded already

Well damn....I guess with all the sourcing problems, the wiper motors from wish.com to throw at 2023 models may not have been the best solution to avoid a lawsuit.

Never had any wiper issues in the rain, and it rained for about 3 months without a break last summer.

Snow on the other hand...that's when they don't work for shit.

Be glad. Cause it’s sucks when it does
