Wireless Android Auto heating up phone?

I AM running OneUI beta software, but is anyone else noticing their phone heating up with wireless AA?

No issues with me. Only 300 miles or so, but I hook up to AA for Google Maps on every ride.

The wireless charger overheats my iPhone pretty badly. Been using that in conjunction w/wireless CarPlay and at times the phone is unresponsive due to heat.

I think plugging in is better for longer trips.

It could maybe be the beta firmware

My phone can get pretty warm when on the wireless charger at home and I'm using it. I don't think it's uncommon.
