There are currently 4,750 total retail unscheduled orders as of 12/11/23.

Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

See previous commodity report.

I will be ordering a 2024 bronco soon, and my first choice is the Black Diamond, but she would rather have the Outer Banks. Can someone tell me, based on this chart, if there is a danger of the Black Diamond being scheduled to far into the year compared to the OBX? Thanks in advance.

It doesn't seem to be an issue. We ordered a Black Diamond (Aug '23) & it is scheduled for production the week of Jan 8. (I'm w/ you on the BD. :) )

scheduling should not be too far off for either choice as there are relatively few orders when compared to capacity for both. Make your decision based on other factors.

These charts are updated weekly and is only showing capacities at this point in time. The US capacities will most likely remain the same throughout the year as that is the plant's capacity. The current USOB can fluctuate every week. Currently there are more BD orders than the plant can produce, so at this point in time an OBX will likely schedule sooner than a BD. This is also contingent on what other options are added to the order and your dealer's allocations. There's just a lot of factors that determine a build getting scheduled.

The wild track builds seem to be within capacity at this time. But Sasquatch in the key options is over capacity.
As the Wildtrak does not have Sasquatch as an option but is included in the model.
Does the overage in the current Sasquatch order count include the Wildtrak builds or are wildtrak counts on top of the key options count?

I'm curious about the MT capacities staying at 0. I had a MT order scheduled last week even though it showed 0 capacity then as well. Any insights there?

That was 2023‘s capacity of 0 Manual Transmission; they never bothered to update the chart with the 2024 MT capacity which is obviously not 0 since your MT got scheduled as well as many others.

You got scheduled because Ford anticipates having the parts to build your rig at that time. If you look at my sig you can see it doesn't always work out. Good luck and here's hoping things get better.

the plant can you produce upwards of 10,000 Broncos a month.
capacity for BD is 8 % of that, that’s about 800 a month.
currently there are only 696 BDs in the UnScheduled Order Banks (USOB),
so whether he chooses to go with a BD or an OBX plant capacity is not an issue.

Currently have a 2022 4dr wildtrak. Ordered a 2dr badlands, non Sasquatch, 4cyl, manual, lux in November. No need for Sasquatch since I’m moving my ICON coilovers to the 2dr. Found out yesterday it’s set for production week of 1/1/2024.

I am still surprised to see so much red on the constraints list...

I waited 757 days. After over a year with it, order exactly what you want with no regrets, and move on with your life. I flopped my order on tops a few times, hoping that a Mod top would eventually show up. It never did. I'm glad I didn't sell out on Lux and tow.

OutterBanks has been a really sweet build for Ford since it saves a bunch of the off-road kitch for other builds but still commands Badlands money.

Ordered a 24 Bronco Wildtrak on 8/17 fully loaded. Still no update from Ford on a production date. Thoughts?
