Lava viewing in our Bronco

Tonight we took our bronco, Mauka, to see the recent eruption of Mauna Loa on the Big Island of Hawaii. Being able to put the soft top back and view the lava flow from the comfort of our vehicle was awesome!

Amazing experience and pictures, OP!

Not the best time to remember as a kid that the floor is lava. But I guess all that training years ago was for such a moment. You got this. Just jump the Bronco to the nearest couch cushion and you are golden.

reports are that it has crested the road (not the first volcano in Hawaii to do so). It's growing pretty good right about now.

The closest thing I saw to lava in the GoAt modes was the sport mode icon lol and yes that was used to cruise up and back down the mountain.

Nah it just appears that way but there is a strong chance of that happening.

It has cutoff some access roads but not the primary road....yet.
