Hi everyone...

Im hearing some of you are having issues with the 800# not being able to transfer a converted reservation...

According to my regional manager...they are working on the issue and asked me to be patient...

Just an FYI

Also...another member said he was given a 2nd #...here is both #'s (bc im too lazy to check what the original one was...lol):

800-334-4375

*UPDATE*

Per my Ford rep from their 12pm call...they know this is messed up...​
If your reservation was converted to an order and you want to transfer, don't call the 800#:​
1. make a new reservation​
2. email over to the new dealership you want to transfer, your old reservation # and new reservation #​
3. the reps have to manually change the new reservation to the old reservation info​
That is all the info i have right now, dont kill the messenger​


*MORE UPDATE*

They are having the reps email [email protected]
Provide customer name​
Provide the original reservation # & timestamp​
Provide the new reservation #​
Bronco@ will convert the timestamp from the old res to the new res​
Bronco@ will then remove the original converted res from the dealers WBDO​
I would still try the 800#'s​

From Bronco@ to me:​
We're aware of a small number of Bronco reservations mistakenly converted to orders by a small number of dealers. Reservation holders must provide consent to convert to an order, and we encourage all customers to have a discussion with their dealer on the terms of the sale before placing an order. If the customer is unable to resolve their concerns directly with their dealer, they can call the Ford Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-334-4375 to change their order back to a reservation and maintain their timestamp, change their selected dealer to a new dealer, or both. We also are reminding our dealers of this policy.​

If memory serves me, the 3673 is the general Ford 1800 number and the 4375 is the direct line to Customer Marketing Program people who actually have the power to do things with your Bronco reservation...

Wait, you can transfer after confirmation?

My dealership is driving me nuts, but don't want to make changes because I think i have a good chance of getting a 2021.

I may have to do some research.

Be nice if that happens - Buyers who feel mistreated can bail to a better dealership

So you can still transfer after your reservation has been converted to an order?
according to them, yes...per my rep a couple minutes ago:

"I have a call at 12 with the Bronco team…this question is at the top"

Try one of these 2 numbers below...if they say no, ill have more info later today...my regional mgr guaranteed to me it will not be an issue in the future...the issue right now is on their end...dm me if you need to know anything else

For 'manual' changes, you may need to contact them more than once. To transfer my reservation has taken 3 calls, but am now assured that it IS working thru the system. Had to be done manually because my reservation credit card is no good now, so they couldn't automagically refund it....still waiting for the email.

The more I think about it I might just stay with my dealer just realized I would lose the 400 I put down I got msrp not the best but def not the worst my chances of getting a 21 are good and I don’t want to risk it
