Its awful the only thing that ive done that seems like im getting more air out the bottom is to change setting to feet and face and close all the face vents.. still not good however

Yes. While not a good substitute, the seat heater roasts my arse to the point I forget my frozen feet.
@flip wondering if you could possibly locate a parts schematic of the air vents? I assume this is for the front but I thought I had seen where someone had there center console out and the rear vents ran through that area and were not connected properly. Wondering if the same could be happening to people in the front?

Good thing is, you'll never have to worry about your side windows fogging up, because that's where all the hot air goes!

The thin plastic tubes shown in Flips post #8 seem really small.
If you crawl up under your dash and "fiddle" around about 10-12 inches below where 18C420A joins with 18D327 I think and handiman could make a diverter at that joint to bring a little more air flow into the footwell. It is a small area for my big self to work in so I have not done more than look.

I didnt notice it to be too bad when I had it on feet... however I can't figure out how to get the air to come out at the floor of the rear seat? lol.
