I realized something last night while it was raining and we were getting ready to go to a ball game. My kids recreation t-ball league has better communication skills than Ford. I mean they even do mass communication!

Is anyone in here with “ In production” and On Hold for Micro chip status and who already passed their ETA? I’m trying to make sense of it all even though it’s not easy. My ETA moved from 2/7 to 5/4 but in tracker still shows in production!!

I can’t even get a straight answer as to whether I am on a chip hold.

Still being told I’ll be at the dealer by 5/30.

I'm still being told EDD is 5/16-5/22. Given the shipping time that my dealer has given me (7 Days from MAP to Atlanta, 10 Days from Atlanta to South West Georgia) my bronco would have to either ship today or tomorrow. I'm still stuck in production. So....I'm right there with you. No one Knows what's going on.

This 100% aligns with what I learned a week and a half ago when I found the support number for Pals. I had my dealer call the number and use the freight bill ID and VIN and they said the exact same thing. It’s at an offsite lot they don’t have access to. This is for built units only.

The other issue is making sure the freaking battery isn’t dead that’s why mine was picked/paired and then put back on hold.

I can’t for the life of me understand how Ford can continue to make this situation worse than it was over and over again.

Technically my vehicle isn't assembled so I guess they are doing just fine!
