I did the same as you and tried to set up ford pass. Mine has been sitting at the Portland rail yard since July 30th. and on August 18th I got the same message as you. I assume the same thing, someone got in to move it and canceled my request.

Mine's been at Mira Loma since 8/16. Except for Ford pushing out the delivery window again (to 8/21 to 8/27) I haven't heard anything.
Mine's changed two or three times since my rig shipped.

So lame! What does your dealer say? My understanding is that at that stage it's up to the dealer to arrange transport and pickup. (UPDATE this is false. It is all Ford that handles delivery all the way to the dealer) Which can be affected by how many vehicles are there in front of you. Who is your dealer?

I am as well. Eric is hard to get a hold of. Usually take a few days for him to reply to email understandably.
I spoke with Eric today. He told me it usually takes anywhere from 3-7 days on average for vehicle's to make there way from Mira Loma to the dealer. Sometimes it can take longer and that is all handled by Ford not the dealer as some have speculated in these forums. He also said he called a bunch of guys today letting them know their Broncos had arrived. Hoping you got the call.
