Where did you get railcar info?

Chat is the most reliable source.
Once you've been shipped via Rail, they should have that info.
Just ask for your railcar number, if available.

Did it update in the tracker? I’m in production limbo, and chat told me my first status is “in production” and my second status said “produced” and that I was not in a chip hold. Not sure I believe them without them actually using the word “built.”

So I’m in the same boat with the second status of produced. While the chat wasn’t helpful…..they did clarify that it’s not “built” when I asked. However, she had no idea what the difference between built and produced was so still in a weird limbo.

There’s an in theory eta of 10/13 though?

Count me among the "In Production" purgatory builds. Day 11 since blend. Earlier this week chat told me it was "produced" and gave an estimated delivery week of 10/3. I checked again today and was told that now it won't be "produced" until 10/9 and there is no longer an estimated delivery date.

9/12 blend, 9/13 modules, 9/14 tear tag, 9/23 still "In Production"

I contacted my dealer and he said mine arrived this morning. Ford tracker still states awaiting shipment. I pick up Monday. Is that normal for prep?
