I finally received my order has been submitted email...

Making it oh-so-obvious that my dealership was waiting to submit customer orders to get dealer stock.

Screw you Phil Long Ford!!!

I'm out. Ensuring my order is cancelled so they can't keep it. Reporting to @Ford Motor Company (not that they care) and their executive team, the BBB, and blasting all over the internet.

Such an unethical dealership. On so many levels.
Did you get a PO signed with MSRP locked in? If so, work thru your emotions and think about waiting it out and getting in that Bronco or at the very least flip it, why let the dealership win? Ford will probably stop making Broncos in 3-5 years at least with gas engines. Just my two cents though.

Just received my build email. 4 door Wildtrack scheduled for 11/21! Fully expected to wait until at least spring since I have all the last known constraints (hardtop, lux package, tow). I still can’t believe it’s being built.
Awesomeness! I would love to have mine, I ordered similar build. 4 door Wildtrak lux, tow, MIC hardtop, Hoss 3.0. I’m hoping mid 23, but I’m not holding my breath.

That's the other cherry on top...no, they refuse to have the MSRP conversation by any means that leaves a record. When it came down to agreeing it was always a phone call or a handshake. To the extent that they actively avoid it in any replies.

At original order, they wanted 2.5K mark up. I talked them down as a multi-generational customer of theirs and my family-owned Ford diesel specialist shop that they themselves send business to. They still would not agree in writing or even acknowledge it via email.

They sell every Bronco they get at an instant 25K markup. Can be seen all over their site. I expect to see quite a few more in the coming months now.

There's plenty more layers here, but they made their hand pretty clear.

I am not saying that Granger is innocent here.. maybe it is as you say... but I can also tell you that Ford has just a big a part of this mess as well. I am not going to revive the documented back and forth between the Granger/Stevens and Ford.. I also acknowledge that I am not the end user for Ford either... it's the dealer... so they don't care about little old me. (I think that is messed up but it is what it is)...
I am good -- I had my Old Fashioned and today is a new day... If I really wanted a Bronco that badly, I could go to the dealer down the road who has 22 either in inventory or in transit .. but I refuse to pay $15K ADM. My choice - but I work too damn hard for my money to give it away because of a broken system. My point yesterday is that if Ford really cared about timestamps, why not start with those people who have been in line the longest... we have been punished enough.. and to see exact models with high end specs that we have been told were constraints go to people who were way down on the list... you cannot say that doesn't sting just a little. (**I also acknowledge that my data is based solely on the small sample of orders shown on B6g. I do not know the larger numbers (nor will I ever) so recognize I could be wrong.)

What? Who is buying standard broncos at 25k markup? I mean.maybe 8 months ago.. but only.raptors now.... they may have themarked that way, but that's why they are sitting on the lot. Jus saying.

Right? There's a reason they still have 'em.

I offered 5K over for one about a month ago out of curiosity and impatience. They told me "we're still 20K apart on that one. Good luck."

Dont give up. Keep showing up in person and just keep asking for a PO until they print one out at a price you can live with and sign. If you get this Bronco in the next 6-8 months you will still be ahead in value in excess of the 2.5k mark up. Remember, as of now, nobody can buy one like you built until who knows, thus increasing your Bronco’s value, hopefully to you and at resale should you choose. And you will be getting one that has most of the bugs worked out of it.

Edit: on top of the 3 emails, text message, and two dealership visits, they submitted the wrong order. Notorious sasquatch drop and still has the hoops steps and no tow package.
Obviously this is your fault, just like ordering through Granger was my fault... Ford didn't cause this problem say the apologists!

That’s what my dealer is doing, the refuse to show the same! I’m wondering if they want my Bronco! I’m tired of it.

Does anything here apply to Canada? Gotta say I feel completely in the dark with the build process while it appears there is more line of sight in the US (even though the info might be wrong).
I’m a truck driver and go from Tennessee to Canada thru Fort Erie 2-3 times a week. I’d have to say that over the last 12 months I’ve seen a lot of Broncos in Ontario. I have also observed a lot more in TN, VA, WV, PA and NY on my route in the last few months. A lot more 4 doors but that is to be expected. I’m not sure of actual numbers but I think 4 doors are like 6-1 in orders. I think I have seen a lot of the same ones because I run the same route but who knows. I finally got my build date after 586 days since my order so I guess I will now be official

I say just like the big players on Wall Street, they expect us (retail) to tire out, throw in the towel and sell at a loss, same scenario with some dealers, they expect us to get bored and move on at a loss of time, money lost on deposits (interest free loans to dealers) and emotions invested in the process, so they can buy it cheap and sell high. Dont give up Bronco fam.

Maybe they gonna work overtime. We hope, cuz we know they gonna finish yours before they start ours. So we hope you get yours on time.
