I don't see the word convoy in your snip and it only says use the palsapp link nothing more for convoy. I am also curious how I use the site? It only brings me to a login prompt

I called the tracing line for Norfolk Southern and my status has been the same since noon yesterday. I realize it may take a while via rail, but I was wondering if there are any folks who may insight on the status "Intermediate Arrival at Ft. Wayne Indiana." Norfolk Southern does not have a hub in Ft. Wayne ID, so it could be switching rail carriers?

You can call : 1-800-361-0198 and a rep can track it for you.

Mine shipped via Canadian National Railway as well (on the way to SoCal), but it was handed over to Union Pacific on 9/9, but I can't get my tracking number (TTGX) to come up in their system. Anyone have similar issues?

I'm having the same issue. I have my TTGX number, which I was able to track through CSX until it got to Blue Island. Now I'm struggling to figure out who has it or where it went. Any ideas?

I'd like to know the same thing. There's no link to sign up for an account either. They must have gotten wise to all the traffic and put a kabosh on it. Figures.

when module numbers start populating, does that mean battery plugged in and electronics up and running? If so, how far along the process is this??

Took me about 48 Hours for the status to change whenever they strted populating

I got my rail car number from Ford Chat. It is on CSX Transportation and in Ohio with a final destination in Illinois. I'm in California and I thought it would be on Union Pacific. Anyone else on the West Coast with something similar?

Union Pacific stated the rail car delivered to Chicago Clearing 11/7/22 @ 2:01am. So when will it get transported to Arlington, TX?

No, you need the railcar number (on the vehicle visibility report) or you need the convoy information (depending on whether you are being shipped by rail or convoy).
