So my wife wore a dress to an event we went to recently and that dress was covered in glitter, which is now all over my passenger seat. I have the MGV and it’s like the glitter imbedded itself into the weave of the seat. I was able to vacuum out about 75% of it but the remaining 25% is very much noticeable. I’ve tried lint rollers, duct tape, many passes with multiple vacuums and that shit ain’t going nowhere. Any insider tips from detail nuts out there on how to get rid of it? Thank God my wife knew she was the one who shedded all over my seat otherwise I’d have questions to answer. Thanks!

Seeing as it’s a non-permeable material and none of the usual methods worked, I’d try using an air compressor and an air gun. 80-100psi should lift anything off the seat

Good idea. I’ll try that when I get home. Thanks!

I had that issue in the past - Such a pain in the ass. I think I ended up using a hand vacuum with success.

Get rid of the wife.
Unconventional…but not the worst idea ever.

*checks over my shoulder making sure the wife isn’t watching*

We have reached Peak B6G.

Then: “I’m going to wheel the shit out of my Bronco !”

Now: “How do I get glitter out of my Bronco ?”
Dude I wish I didn’t have to make this post and I debated it for a while because of the impending ridicule.

You're doing it wrong. If you have a wife that adorns herself in glittered garb, your goal should be to see how much glitter you can embed in that seat. Too bad the seats don't recline like in the F-150.

Along with a stiff bristle brush (not wire!) as you're blowing it... 💁🏻‍♂️

Glitter should be outlawed.
