I don't know if these would clear, but I found these Method beadgrips with a 45mm offset and 39x12.5 tires. We've seen 55mm offset wheels, but I'm a fan of the Method beadgrip tech.
I'd want to see them mounted, but I think tall/skinny/narrow/machined combo would look good on the retro lines of the Bronco.
It could be the portals will never give you that look, so Sasquatch wheels would save a ton of money and 13.5 width tires would give you many more choices.

Love the idea. on paper that looks fantastic. Never heard of the Kanati's though.... I always worry about carcass and balancing and side wall strength (especially if I end up with a spare delete) and that load range suggests a sidewall that may be a bit stiff.

May be the best damn combo ever.... I would have to research the Kanati's a whole bunch though. My tire selection is probably one of the most important choices I will be faced with for dependability and ride.

that’s crazy. You really do look like you are 4’2”. As always thanks for the detailed posts.

So what is the actual built-in height gain from the portals themselves. Axle centerline to portal hub centerline?
Quinn claims 3.88". He originally wanted to get it down in the 3-3.5" range, but found it was not possible to scale the boxes down that small and keep strong enough gearsets. Also the fronts provide a small amount of cv lift to further improve cv angles (think diff drop, but from the other end of the halfshaft)

The instructions show using the old rotor clamped face to face above with the new rotor and positioned slightly above and temporarily placing the caliper on the old rotor clocked in a bleedable position at top.

Sounds like one of the biggest challenges of the install is bleeding the brakes.

Damn... Have to admit that is tall..... but the big prize is that clearance!!!!

Looks to me like you have a 3-1/2 or 4 inch suspension lift???
Ya, the brake bleeding procedure is a whole adventure unto itself! Definitely set aside some time and be patient w/it!

I have Eibach lift springs on the stock bilstiens. They advertise 2", but thats for all models, 2dr MT gets a pretty healthy boost, maybe 3". Also have 2" of body lift.

Longer term I will probably do some coilovers, but there are so many choices it's overwhelming! Waiting to see how the Falcon/Terraflex ones turn out, might try those!

Do you see an issue with fitting the 40's with out body lift and suspension lift?
The fox 2.5 i am planing to not preload, and with the weight I have added i am figuring at most maybe add an 1" if any additional height.

I couldn't say for absolute sure, but I think you will be ok. Do you have JKS max tire kit?

Would a vacuum bleeder make it any easier or is that a bad idea?

He's also hedged and said on IFS it's closer to 3.5". He said the marketing will still say 3.88" so it's not confusing, but something something IFS something means you don't get the same lift. 🤷‍♂️
