I've never call Ford Customer Service. Is it pretty simple to get a response from them? Is there a general phone number?

Same as you! Got my email on 4/22 for the 6/28 build week and never heard anything after, so I thought I was still good.

LOL yup. I was trying to live by the "no news is good news" motto but my curiosity got the best of me today.

I called today as well since I’m trying to figure out when i can sell my current vehicle. Original Ford email was 6/21 build, never got any other emails. My dealer told me bumped to 7/12 then 7/19 now 8/2.

Will Ford send you an email when you build date is moved? I see nothing about my build date when I log onto the website - only the face of the original email from Ford. I haven had any issues with NOT receiving Ford emails in the past, so I am working under the assumption that if I dont receive an email, then my build date has not moved.

Same here. Quickest way for an update is to ask your salesman (if they're responsive).
I only have the original e-mail stating 6/21 build date, but my salesman let me know it was bumped to 7/12 back when everyone got the delay notice.

Mine was changed too. Not sure when it was changed but called the dealer a couple days ago and got the news.
- 2.7L, OBX, Cyber Orange, SAS, High Pkg. Soft Top, AUX Switches.
