I had to look up what a Rotopax is. I wasn't even sure what was circled on the photo.. Those things are tiny. What do they hold, a few gallons? Seems like a good mounting system at least.

I see them occasionally on 4x4 vehicles here in Phoenix and never knew the name. I'm old school Army type.. if it doesnt go in a 5 gallon jerry can I dont need it.

I love my Jerry cans, but after using rotopax, they are great! Comes in different sizes and multiple mounting options…

I actually built a swing out tire carrier on my Ranger. It sits in the garage 90 percent of the time because is just sucks to have it on a daily driver/part time work truck. It only goes on when I'm headed out camping/hunting/long road trips.

I'm actually going to add a roof top basket... but it will be removable. Because it just doesn't make sense to leave it on full time. Seems many people do though.
