Almost. Here’s a photo of an example x-plan straight from Ford Partners. $100 max doc fee like you mentioned, unless otherwise required by state/local law. Should be 0.4% BELOW invoiceWill at Smith Ford in Conway AR will honor xplan.
If I am reading it right xplan os .4% above factory invoice with a max $100 document fee.

I have mine reserved over on Palm Bay Florida - stillMULLINAX FORD in Kissimmee, Florida will not charge any Mark Up on any Bronco or Mach E. Also, unlike 99% of other Florida dealers, Mullinax Ford has NO DEALER FEES. Most dealers hide these fees until you take delivery. Don't be fooled! Updates they will accept X Plan. There is a $499 document fee so basically you are buying $500 accessory credit. Free delivery anywhere in the Southeast.Stivers Ford Montgomery Alabama No ADM, x plan not sure, and $500 accessory credit.
