I raised the spare rather instead of extending the hitch.

I tow a 3000# boat but rarely more than ~25 miles. The Bronco does fine at highway speeds. Power is a non-issue. Stability is fine. My previous tow vehicle was a 2009 F150 with the 5.4 triton. The Bronco is more stable and has way more power.

Are you talking 5k oil change intervals? Just wondering cause that’s what I’ve been doing on my 2.7 so far.

I have the UPR plug. Works great.

I self installed the Curt hitch and Curt’s 4 pin harness. It was a pretty easy install. I purchased both from etrailer.com.

I just did the first oil change (15k miles) this weekend after installing a UPR drain plug (10k miles) on my 2.7. It was SOOOOOO much easier being able to hook up a .5" hose to the plug to start the oil drain instead of the huge splash of hot oil the factory yellow plug does. Damn, it was so...

I just did my 15k oil change with 5k intervals and my oil life monitor showed 53% left before I reset it.

I’ve been driving a very similar Bronco for the past year. You’ll love it.

The first time you connect an iPhone to Carplay, it has to be via USB. After that it works via wireless.

I’ve had a BD with mid for a year now. It’s great, no complaints. A WT would have been out of my price range so, In my case, I have no regrets.

I just did the 10k oil change yesterday on my Bronco and installed UPR's Easy Oil Drain Valve. I'm happy with it.
