Anyone here regularly towing a rzr any reasonable distances? If so, what is your bronco pkg/setup? Looking at going from a 5.0 f150 to a 2.7 bd 4 door bronco. Longest towing distance will be about 300 miles in the hills of eastern TN. Trailer and rzr should be around 2k.

I’ve towed my Polaris Ranger crew 300 miles round trip with my 2.3 SAS automatic. Zero issues. Mpg drops down to 14-15.

I have an 5.0 f150 and a bronco. I use them both to tow my can am defender with a single axle 14ft trailer and the truck def handles the weight better but the bronco does fine. The braking and power are not an issue. It's managing the bouncing by getting the tongue weight right. There is a sweet spot to make it tow smoothly. I usually only tow a couple hours away but will be taking a 20hour roadtrip pulling the defender this summer and I'm taking the bronco.

To give context, my f150 is a 2011 supercab fx4 and the bronco is a 2.7 badlands with sas.

I tow all the time, just not with the bronco... it's not a dedicated tow rig and seems pretty light duty. Will it tow? Absolutely. Would I do it regularly? Nope.

I towed my Suzuki Samurai (~2k lbs) from Denver to Boston a few days after purchasing the bronco (after break in period) and hardly felt it. Gas mileage did drop to ~ 15mpg but we did it in 2 days with no issues. 21 badlands 2 door 7mt (2.3L).

We have F-150s with the 5.0 and the 2.7. The 5.0 sounds great but the 2.7 blows away the 5.0 when towing from a power perspective. Your only issue going from a truck to a Bronco may be stability, but I tow often with my two door bronco and it does fine when the trailer is loaded properly.

Have towed my TagXL Boondock with about 300-400 lbs of gear (total 2000+lbs) around 2,000 miles with my '22 4 Dr BD w/2.3 MT with no problems, so you should be fine!

I tow a 3000# boat but rarely more than ~25 miles. The Bronco does fine at highway speeds. Power is a non-issue. Stability is fine.
My previous tow vehicle was a 2009 F150 with the 5.4 triton. The Bronco is more stable and has way more power.

I've got a 12' tilt bed that tows various toys. Pretty much what everyone else here says - plenty of power, plenty of brake. The suspension is soft and it's just a bumper hitch, so making sure the weight is loaded and settled correctly is the biggest thing.

I also had a 5.0 F150 before my Bronco - the F150 tows nicer than the Bronco for sure, but the Bronco will do it fine. It's all in how the suspension handles the weight of the trailer more than anything. The biggest thing I miss is the camera can't see the hitch like it can on the F150, so have to hook up old school.

You'll be fine. Key is location of the wheeler on the trailer...Bronco max tongue weight is 300lb.
