Well, it only took me 16 days, from picking up my wife's HEL at the dealership, to transforming it to my wife's dream!

I wanted the vintage look for the ditch lights and went with the 4” KC HiLites.

How are these mounted? My Bronco is finally in transit. Do you have the KC brackets?
Thanks! Adding a couple KC ditch lights is one of the things I want to do right away.

I used M2M brackets for my round DDS3's. Great brackets.

I just used the brackets the come pre installed on the lights. I wanted them to be as flush as possible and you can’t get any flusher than the setup it comes with. I used the OEM bolt and a washer from the kit. No issues over the last few months I’ve had them on.

You do have take off the antenna. Pretty sure there are adapters for that though. I’ve listened to radio stations zero times since delivery, so I don’t miss it.

This does look good but I do listen to the radio regularly and no way a stubby antenna will fit in that tight space… thanks for the info and the close up pictures! Very helpful

You could use the DV8 low profile brackets. That's the route I went for my ditch lights:

Yea, in production the day after mine and 7 after me on the VIN.
I was irritated that it took me till November to get it.
He should get his at cost after all this.
